It’s bad enough to see how very few folks in this city of 19 Million souls made no donations to purchase a paving stone in order to offset construction costs.

The fact that many prominent names are absent really annoys me… people like Bill & Hillary Clinton or even daughter Chelsea who now lives in my old stomping ground in Gramercy Park never gave a penny, nor did George Bush and neither did Michael Bloomberg… all certainly having more wealth than most, yet they all barked loudly for WAR and retaliation when the Towers went down but donated nothing at all to the Memorial or Museum except their chronic rhetoric which some have compared to Hitler-esque  propaganda, designed to motivate the masses to support their personal agendas.

New World Order conspiracy?  nah!… just a politicians ego trip.  Their real concern is raising funds for the construction of Presidential and Corporate Libraries to hold their junk for future historians, this article will also be added to their pile!

Well, it’s not very often I get to apologize for being insensitive to a group of people who are more misunderstood than the rest of humanity… and I DO apologize to all Albino’s worldwide.

The ban on my KoKa products from Peru will eventually be lifted…. there is a Convent in the City of Arequipa with Cloistered Nuns who have been making the finest soaps and creams from this marvelous plant for over 500 years and have been using recipes handed over from Inca times… The soap and creams really do stop the process of aging and may send Colgate Palmolive Stock plummeting to pennies after we bring it in… (legally of course!)

Tomorrow I will be at the Beach (again), sketchin’ art work for next seasons show and apparel… I’m hoping for 100 degrees!  My skin has enough God given melanin to absorb it… Solar Cancer? that’s an Albino-Anglo thing!

The Real Estate Debt Crisis is just the beginning of another one looming and about to be realized by the banks… never mind about today’s College kids being unable to find employment because of a degree glut in the marketplace… the current developing trend is for High School kids to opt out and join the Zero percent 0% movement of which I am a founding member.

Today’s youth have the intelligence to foresee the future, and realize by virtue of applied math calculations, computer forecasting models, etc… the global economy of the next 10-15 years simply states they should not continue their education or bother to pay high tuition fees for degrees which will only provide employment for salaries slightly above the minimum wage.

The possibilities of adding a NEW University on New York’s Roosevelt Island sounds wonderful… even if it’s all designed to enhance City Taxes and rack up a lot of dough for those tenured folks who control the educational monopoly, a very small college crowd who will reap it’s benefits but will not provide any long term jobs for it’s graduates.

High School kids dropping out today are a lot smarter than our State controlled Mass media would have you believe, these kids know exactly what the future has in store for them and it’s not all peaches & cream.

Are we talkin’ Food again?  Well then, here is one of my favorite and delicious recipe for you to nibble on:

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              BLACK SPAGHETTI WITH ROCK SHRIMP

AND SPICY SOPPRESSATA

1 pound black spaghetti
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, sliced
6 ounces fresh rock shrimp
1 cup soppressata, chopped
4 tablespoons jalapeno pesto (see recipe below)
1 cup scallions, sliced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Bring 6 quarts of water to a boil and 2 tablespoons of salt. Add the spaghetti to the pot and cook until tender yet al dente, about 6 to 7 minutes.

While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a 12-14 inch sauté pan over medium high heat. Sauté garlic, rock shrimp and soppressata until the garlic is toasted and the shrimp are cooked just through. Add the jalapeno pesto.

Drain pasta and add it to the sauté pan. Toss gently to coat the pasta with the sauce.

Divide pasta evenly among four warmed plates. Sprinkle with scallions and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately

Makes 4 Servings

Jalapeno Pesto:
3 cups Jalapeno peppers, roughly chopped
½ cup sliced almonds
½ cup red onions, chopped
salt
½ cup extra virgin olive oil

Place all ingredients in the food processor until pureed. Reserve leftover jalapeno pesto in the refrigerator for up to one month.

Enjoy!

When I think about how selling off my 1976 Berkshire Hathaway stock was a big mistake in the early 80′s… Todays price is now $122,600 per share (arrghhhh!!)

Nevertheless, the other crummy hotel chains I invested in are thankfully reaping successful dividends for me… one learns, (eventually) from experience to pull in the reins every now and then even if it seems to late to do so which brings me to my choice for 2012… Brokers have yet to create a panic for this company but they will after it reaches my target price of $6.00 per share.

Well, It’s been over a month since my last post for several reasons, some of which are self evident… and no, I will not be “retiring” to Cuzco this year or the next, as indicated by various folks in and around my life who are prone to gossip by starting rumors of my final exit from NYC… when that happens, believe me, you’ll all know about it.

Just because we are half way through 2012 and six months down the road before Nibiru will effect the magnetic poles, causing our globe to stop spinning for three days, I thought now would be a good time to ponder the festivities of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebrated this past week in merry old England, watching the British Monarchy celebrate it’s continuity is still a mystery to me.

Considering all that is going on in the world with wars, starvation, murder, scandals, religiosity and all the current political hogwash within governments worldwide as well as the unstoppable economic collapse should Spain, Italy or Greece default in the Euro-Zone (EZ), despite those realities, we mere mortals will also begin to experience a major shifting of conscience after the galactic cleansing, rest assured though… Her Majesty The Queen, will save us all!

Mrs. Vincent Astor once told me in 1973 at a private party in the Library:

“If someone thinks they know more than you, sometimes there is nothing you can do to dissuade them.  Just be watchful, and make sure that they don’t make any mistakes based on their ignorance.  In time, they will probably start seeing the truth of the matter”.
