How does what I do behind closed doors affect my business? How does it affect my bottom line?
How does it look like to others if I blame someone else instead of being responsible? Is it possible to be successful without being responsible?
What is falling through the cracks because I as a business owner/leader refuse to step into my position?
Why is it my responsibility to empower my team for success? How does the way I empower my team affect my bottom line?
